360 - FALLING & FLYING (ALBUM)

360's LP Falling & Flying is out this Friday (30th September). We started the record almost two years ago in November 2009 and finished up early this year. We never had a firm direction for the album, we just wanted to make every song captivating and different. All the mixtapes and random joints along the way feel like pieces of the puzzle. An introduction in some way to our approach for Falling & Flying.

Please jump on iTunes or stroll down to JB and pick up a copy. The continued support from everyone means so much to us. Massive shout to JJJ for the Feature Album spot this week and Channel V for the Ripe Clip of The Week for the third time now. That shit cray.

SF.

SOULMATE x EMI RECORDS

The official EMI blog - The In Sound from Way Out - is reporting that one of the worst kept secrets in the biz is now official - Soulmate Records, home to Pez and 360, is now an official signing to EMI Records. Of course we knew, but that shit is public now.

There are double reasons for us to celebrate this, Pez is managed by Affinity, and Fuego is currently wrapping up the entire 360 album as the first major project for Affinity Studio, which is sounding like nothing you have ever heard, ever. Big thangs.

Hear the first glimpse of what 360 and Fuego have been working on tirelessly over the past 6 months - I Hate You - at 360's MySpace now.

EMI U.S. TO BE TAKEN OVER BY ONE OF THE BIG FOUR

This may come as no surprise for anyone who has been following EMI's financial troubles in the past year, but it certainly strengthens the likeliness of the Big Four becoming the Big Three and eventually the Big Two in the near future. Especially with Warner's falling stock.

NEW YORK (Fortune) -- EMI, one of the world's largest record companies, is considering turning over its distribution, sales and marketing operations in the United States to a rival in an attempt to cut its extensive losses, music industry sources said Friday.

Three industry sources told Fortune that the storied British company - whose catalog includes the Beatles, the Beach Boys and Coldplay - is talking to Warner Music (WMG), SonyBMG (SME) and Universal Music Group about assuming these functions in the U.S. Those companies declined to comment.

SHE'S A NAUGHTY GIRL, WITH A BAD HABIT....

Well. I didn't see this coming. Before we hooked it up, of course ;)

Out digitally now, physical March 8th.

Watch this shit fly off the shelf. Or server. Most likely the latter.

UPDATE: So it came in at #17 on the ARIA singles charts! WHOO
