After Akon was exposed by TSG a couple months back, I wasn't expecting anything drastic to take place ... considering most of his current fanbase (12-18 female) had little or no prior knowledge of his 'street credibility' anyway.

Rick Ross could be a different story but after all, rap is the business of creating a fictional background and we shouldn't be surprised when the expose comes.
