VIDEO: RIHANNA - WHO'S THAT CHICK

Does anyone else feel like its a little early for Rihanna to be bringing out a new record? Apparently her forthcoming album, LOUD is scheduled for a November release.

I don't entirely hate this song but the video on the other hand is....
