ESTELLE FT KARDINAL OFFISHALL - FREAK

Produced by David Guetta. Flips Soul II Soul's "Back To Life".

I don't mind it but it sounds a little too 'cool' for US radio, if you know what I'm saying.

NUMBERS: LL, GYM CLASS & KARDI

LL Cool J
's new album Exit 13 is expected to debut in the top 5 next week with around 40k. I'm yet to hear the album so I can't say whether it was a good or bad thing he decided to cut most of the 50Cent guided record.

Gym Class Heroes new effort The Quilt is expected to come in at around 30-40k while Kardinal Offishall's KonLive/Interscope record will most likely do 10k or so less for a top 50 entry.

Pretty far off with that 100k area prediction Weez, although so was I with 60k. Market is hurtin.

THE RECESSION IS #1

Jeezy manages to top the Billboard charts with his third album The Recession selling 253,337 in its first week at retail.

The revived New Kids On The Block somehow manage to come in at #2 with a surprising 100,883 and Bad Boy's Making The Band artist Donnie Klang does a pitiful 22,484 at #19.

Interestingly, MIA's Kala made its re-entry at #36 fueled off the Apatow-assisted success of her single "Paper Planes".

Kardinal Offishall's Konlive/Interscope album Not 4 Sale is out next week and could possibly have a run at top 5 while Metallica have a late friday release of their new record which will probably take the #1 in its first day of sales.
